Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish (e.g., spas, hotels, condos, retail spaces, urban environments, universities, hospitals… there’s something for everyone!).

  • Oversee all stages of project execution for projects of various types and scales
  • Determine the resources required to complete projects
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams
  • Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders
  • Prepare budget estimates, working drawings, and construction details
  • Participate in the drafting of technical specifications
  • Ensure quality and budget control and monitor the schedule
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and the building code
  • Maintain client relations
  • Participate in site visits and oversee construction site supervision

Your qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural practice
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Member of the Ordre des Architectes du Québec
  • LEED, WELL, or other certification (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Strong knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, client-oriented, versatility
