Your responsibilities

  • Develop project programs and feasibility studies
  • Participate in the development of concepts and preliminary plans
  • Conduct preparatory studies
  • Produce working drawings and construction details
  • Coordinate the various project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with the timelines and budgets established by the client
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations based on the nature of the project
  • Participate in site supervision


 

Your qualifications

  • Master’s degree in architecture
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with 3D architectural rendering software (SketchUp) and Adobe Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • High degree of independence and a team player
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
