Your responsibilities

We are a family of 135 multidisciplinary professionals spread across three offices (Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa) and united by a shared passion for building and bringing extraordinary projects to life. You will participate in all phases of projects, being responsible for the production and drafting of technical documents for projects of various types and sizes. Multi-residential, urban, institutional, commercial, hotels, spas, industrial... there is something for everyone!

  • Monitor and ensure the technical objectives of projects
  • Perform surveys and drafting
  • Design, prepare, and review specifications and technical drawings for preliminary and working documents
  • Check and annotate shop drawings and technical data sheets
  • Solve technical problems
  • Research documentation related to existing buildings (plans, reports, etc.)
  • Analyze and ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Coordinate the work of different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural)
  • Research products and assist architects in selecting materials
  • Contribute to the preparation of construction and development cost estimates
  • Collaborate in the coordination and management of construction and site administration documents
  • Monitor the construction site if interested

Your qualifications

  • College diploma in architectural technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (mid-level position) and minimum 10 years of experience (senior position)
  • Very good knowledge of Revit
  • Autonomy, problem-solving skills, rigor, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
