Your responsibilities

You will collaborate with the team in the production and writing of technical documents for projects of various types and sizes. Multi-residential, urban, hotels, spas, institutional, industrial…there is something for everyone!

Perform surveys
Design and prepare specifications and technical drawings for preliminary and execution documents
Coordinate the integration of plans
Solve technical problems
Analyze and ensure compliance with current rules and regulations

Your qualifications

College diploma in Architectural Technology
5+ years of experience
Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations
Strong proficiency in Revit
Full professional proficiency in French, both written and spoken
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
