The legendary revolving bistro-bar, located on the 28th floor of Quebec City's Hôtel Le Concorde, has undergone a complete makeover.
To introduce light and modernity to the décor, walls were opened up, glass partitions installed and glass railings added. It's now possible to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the city from the CIEL!
Located on a rotating ring that revolves around a service core, the dining room is divided into quarters. The room features a separate bar-lounge area. Along the way, you'll discover an open kitchen, a bar, a wine cellar and a water wall. These zones are interspersed with a lengthy mural featuring excerpts from the Bonne Chère section of Le Soleil newspaper and a number of Sky-related quotes. For a place in CIEL!'s heaven, you'll succumb to every temptation, the sins of gluttony having already been forgiven!
