Construction of a new industrial building for rental. With a surface area of 75,000 sq. ft., the new building can accommodate up to 3 tenants in suites of around 25,000 sq. ft., including the possibility of adding mezzanines. Our mandate covered site investigation and architectural design, documents related to municipal approvals, final project plans and specifications, and site supervision.
