LemayMichaud worked on the expansion, the renovation and the redevelopment of the existing Simons store at Place Ste-Foy in Quebec City to give it a sales area of over 100 000 square feet distributed on three levels.
The project also included the construction of an office floor of 8 200 square feet with a roof terrace. In parallel with this project, LemayMichaud completed the development of a new section of Ste-Foy shopping center, an enlargement of 85 000 square feet. The construction of three levels of underground parking, providing 475 parking spaces, was also included in the mandate.
