The Alt Hotel Quartier DIX30, located at the intersection of two major arteries on the south shore of Montréal, the first one for the ALT banner to see the day, is inspired by the latest concept in construction technology, in accordance with sustainable development standards including prefabricated rooms. This is the first lodging facility in Quebec to make use of advanced engineering technology, such as geothermic cooling and heating systems, efficient electrical energy use, to ensure ecological and energy saving solutions.
