The conversion of an office tower into a superb luxury class hotel was completed in 1999. A sixteen story office building in Montreal’s business district was transformed into 101 luxury room hotel. The design skillfully incorporates the typically modernist features of the 1966 building into an intimate, ultra-contemporary urban concept. All rooms we renovated in 2009 keeping the Le Germain Hotel Montreal’s spirit by bringing a touch of light.
