Pointe Nord Community

This urban and residential development is presently amongst the biggest in Quebec with this mega project undertaking all of the northern point of l’Île des Soeurs. Starting with a multifunctional linear park surrounding the tip of the island, develops a series of townhouses, single family houses and residential towers. The park, which will broader the St-Lawrence River, will be a tribute and a Museum to the history of the island.
