The Premiere Moisson bakery is located in a 2800 square feet space in the West Island of Montréal.
The concept is young and fresh and the use of solid wood for the covering of the boxes and also of the brick facings reveals the signature style of the chain ‘’l’art du vrai’’. The mural on the brick wall carried out by a Montréal artist underlines the handwork side of the bakery. Upon entry, the customer is surrounded by products, which makes the brand and the bakery one. The installation of the oven in the foreground makes it possible to observe and discover this central feature
