Chez Boulay – boreal counter is a new space designed by the chefs of the Chez Boulay bistro-boréal restaurant, located just a few steps away. This ready-to-eat boreal counter pays homage to the aromas and flavors of Quebec.
The boreal forest, which inspires the menu and products offered on the premises, was also the spark plug for the team during this mandate. The space comes to life in a surprising decor, marked by the upside-down forest hanging from the ceiling.
