On June 5, the entire team came together to celebrate the 6th edition of LemayMichaud Day, under exceptional summer-like weather conditions. More than just an annual gathering, this event—held this year in the spring—has become a unifying tradition where enjoyment, recognition, and shared moments come together, offering a special opportunity to reconnect and celebrate everything that makes our team so unique.
Welcome to the Champ Libre Festival
This year, LemayMichaud Day took the form of a summer festival: the Champ Libre Festival.
But beyond the theme, Champ Libre was прежде all an invitation. An invitation to step outside the usual framework, to slow down, and to take the time to be together in a different way.
Under a radiant sun announcing the arrival of summer, the team gathered in a festival-inspired atmosphere. On the program: a discussion panel, a merch booth, engaging group activities, long-standing traditions, music, and a festive vibe from start to finish.
Traditions that bring us together
As tradition dictates, the day began with several meaningful moments in the firm’s life. The hoodie ceremony officially welcomed new team members, while the annual year-in-review provided an opportunity to look back on the projects, achievements, and milestones of the past months.
We also highlighted the professional anniversaries of several colleagues during our now well-established Grands Crus ceremony, a meaningful moment that reflects our appreciation for all those who contribute to LemayMichaud’s story.
A festival-worthy program
True to the spirit of the Champ Libre Festival, the day continued with a diverse program combining activities, games, challenges, and moments of relaxation.
Throughout the day, the team took the opportunity to connect in a more informal and engaging setting. This summer-like interlude offered a valuable chance to strengthen bonds and nurture the connections that grow in our daily work.
