We are very pleased to once again collaborate with Simons on their Canadian expansion, with the opening of a new store in the heart of downtown Vancouver at CF Pacific Centre, the group’s 20th location.
Located in one of Western Canada’s most dynamic retail hubs, this new location complements the Park Royal store, which we completed in 2015. Together, they further enhance Simons’ accessibility for customers across the Greater Vancouver area.
Spanning approximately 92,000 square feet over three floors, the future store will offer an immersive environment true to Simons’ distinctive approach, where fashion, art, and architecture come together. Inspired by Vancouver’s architectural heritage, the concept draws on Brutalist design and 1960s aesthetics, balanced with raw materials, sculptural forms, and warm contemporary touches.
Each Simons store is conceived as a unique project, deeply rooted in its context and community. This new location, developed in collaboration with McKinley Studios, fully reflects this vision.
We are proud to contribute to this exciting expansion and look forward to seeing this project come to life in the heart of Vancouver.
