On October 17, the LemayMichaud team gathered at L’Ambroisie in Montréal for the 5th edition of the LemayMichaud Day, under incredible autumn weather. More than just an annual event, this day has become a unifying tradition where learning, fun, and recognition come together — a true celebration of our team and what brings us together.
Back to School
Held under the theme of La Rentrée, this edition immersed us in an atmosphere filled with nostalgia and camaraderie. Inspired by school life, the day began with our well-established traditions: the hoodie ceremony, marking the official welcome of our new colleagues, followed by our year-in-review highlighting collective projects and achievements.
We also celebrated significant professional anniversaries through our Grands Crus ritual — a moment of recognition that highlights the passion and commitment of those who have contributed to the firm for many years.

Staying true to the theme, the day continued with activities inspired by school recess: an urban rally through the heart of Montréal — as competitive as it was entertaining — and a series of classic schoolyard games, from dodgeball to skipping rope, all revisited in a spirit of teamwork and fun.
These playful moments reminded us that creativity and innovation also grow from the joy of collaborating and pushing ourselves together.
