On October 29, Jérôme Henné, architect and principal partner at LemayMichaud, gave a talk presented by La Pièce as part of the Expo Design event, held at the Québec City Convention Centre.
Titled “Simons… Stories of Clothing and Cladding”, the presentation took the audience behind the scenes of the design process behind Simons store façades. Through a series of case studies, Jérôme shared his expertise in the use of self-compacting concrete — an approach he began exploring during his university years and continues to refine today — showing how it has helped shape the distinctive architectural identity of Simons stores over the years.
A warm thank-you to La Pièce for the invitation, and to everyone who joined us for this inspiring discussion!
