Revitalization and redesign

The revitalization and redesign of the Quebec City offices of Beenox, a tech company where innovation and creativity are at the heart of daily life, was aimed at creating a dynamic and inspiring work environment.

LemayMichaud's mandate was to rethink the 6 floors occupied by the company to create flexible and efficient work configurations, favoring collaboration and productivity.

A color code identifies each level with a distinct hue, applied to all central floor blocks, effectively creating a consistent visual experience throughout the building.

For the wall treatment, a colorful corrugated metal, inspired by an industrial aesthetic, brings a youthful, colorful touch to the space. This choice of materials reflects a desire to create innovative and inspiring working environments that stimulate creativity and promote the well-being of its occupants.

Vibrant collaborative spaces

Special attention was paid to the renovation of the seventh floor, which now houses inviting, functional common spaces designed to encourage informal interaction between team members. For its part, the layout of the ninth floor has been redesigned to create an open-plan workspace, offering the flexibility required to meet the company's evolving needs.

On all levels, meeting rooms in distinctive colors have been designed for teamwork sessions. The common areas have also been redesigned to include a coffee zone, alcoves and banquettes, as well as unassigned workstations, all in a dynamic, youthful, vibrant and colorful environment.
