Les Labours Restaurant

Baie-Saint-Paul
Restaurant
2013

Les Labours restaurant is perched above the lobby of the main building. An immense wine cellar crosses the floor from Le Bercail to Les Labours, merging both stories. This wall of wine acts as a border between the lounge and the restaurant. The space is glassed-in on both sides, making the view a central feature of the space; on one side the river, and on the other, the village. The dining room surrounds a central kitchen where the chef offers a spectacle of creating local delicacies.
